Delivery within Australia
We usually process orders within five business days. Standard delivery via regular post is 5-7 days.

Orders are shipped by Australia Post. Postage will depend on the number of items and location being delivered to.
Please note we cannot ship to PO Boxes, you must provide a street address.
USA Orders to be delivered within the U.S. will be fulfilled in the U.S.

International delivery outside Australia or the US

All items shipped to a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
Returns
We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases from Treasure Bound Books. By accepting returns, we hope to ensure this is the case.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition (with the exception of the packaging) and must be post marked within 14 days of receipt. Items must be packaged to prevent damage on the return voyage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will need to pay return shipping costs unless the item(s) sent to you were not what you ordered, in which case we will make alternate arrangements with you. Please use the Contact US form.
Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.
You need to send your proof of purchase.
How to return your item:
1. Provide your proof of purchase and reason for return.
2. Package the items in a shipping bag or box that will prevent damage in transit. We recommended similar packaging to what you received the items in originally.
3. Treasure Bound Books takes no responsibility for goods that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. If you are concerned about loss or damazge in transit, you may want to consider adding tracking or insurance.
4. Within 14 days of receiving them, send the item(s) to:

Upon receipt of the item (s) we will process your refund (minus shipping costs) to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
Returns sent C.O.D. will not be accepted.

Orders shipped within Australia
All orders shipped within Australia include Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax) in the prices shown.
Orders shipped outside of Australia
No sales tax is applied to orders shipped outside Australia, but please be aware that all items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties and taxes in accordance to that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.
Currency fluctuations
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and U.S. dollars but will be billed in Australian dollars.
